Facelift:

The soft tissues and skin of the face and neck lose elasticity and slowly descend as we age. This can lead to jowls and excess skin and fat in the lower face and neck. A facelift is a surgical procedure designed to lift and tighten the soft tissues of the lower face and neck. Dr Bader employs modern facelifting techniques to maximize results and minimize downtime.

Browlift:

The eyebrows and forehead skin descend over time and are often the first part of the face to show signs of aging. Lower eyebrows can cause patients to feel like they always look tired or angry. A browlift is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that repositions the eyebrows and forehead skin to a more youthful position.

Midface Lift:

The midface is the area of the face that is composed mostly of the soft tissue and bones of the cheeks. The youthful face appears to have "high" cheek bones which appear to lower slowly over time. In reality, the aging process causes the soft tissues of the cheeks to fall while the bones do not move. A midface lift is a surgical procedure that repositions the soft tissues to restore the high, prominent cheeks of your younger days.

Eyelid Surgery (blepharoplasty):

The upper eyelids develop excess skin over time. This can lead to a tired look and can even interfere with the ability to see out of the eyes. An upper blepharoplasty is a minor surgical procedure that removes excess skin, muscle and fat from the upper eyelids. This can usually be done in the office under local anesthesia.

The lower eyelids will begin to show age by developing subtle bags under the eyes and fine wrinkles that worsen with age. This can create shadows that appear as dark circles and contribute to a tired appearance. A lower blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to tighten the skin of the lower eyelids and remove and/or reposition excess fat to eliminate the bags under the eyes.

Nose Surgery (rhinoplasty):

The nose is the most central and distinct feature of the face. Many people are either unhappy with the appearance of the nose they were born with or their nose has changed due to trauma or aging. Many patients also complain of an inability to breathe well through their nose. All of these concerns can be addressed with rhinoplasty. This surgical procedure changes the nose by altering the shape and relationships of the nasal bones, cartilages and soft tissues. Whether you always wanted to improve the appearance of your nose or are unhappy with the results of a previous rhinoplasty, call Dr. Bader's office today to schedule a consultation to see how he can help you achieve your goals. Nasal surgery that is performed to repair a previously broken nose or to improve nasal breathing is covered by health insurance plans.

Ear Reshaping (otoplasty):

Many children and adults are unhappy and embarrassed about the size, shape, or the protrusion of their ears. This can be easily corrected with a simple surgical procedure that reshapes the ear cartilage and trims excess skin. This procedure can be performed on adults and children at least 6 years old.

Chin Implant:

A small or receding chin can be corrected with a chin implant. A solid silicone device is inserted through a small incision under the chin to increase the projection of the chin and bring it into better balance with other facial features.

Skin Care:

Our skin shows signs of aging by developing fine lines, wrinkles, and areas of discoloration. Dr. Bader can develop a skin care program for you that includes prescription strength products that can reduce areas of discoloration and rejuvenate sun damaged skin while protecting your skin from further damage.

Laser Skin Rejuvenation:

As the effects of aging and sun damage accumulate, the facial skin can develop unequal pigmentation and significant wrinkles. Skin in this state is best rejuvenated with the assistance of a laser. Dr. Bader uses the latest in skin laser technology to remove the top layers of the damaged skin to allow new, fresh skin cells to grow. This treatment can improve moderate wrinkles and discoloration and will last longer than a traditional chemical peel.

Fat Transfer:

The aging process causes the loss of fat in our face that is most pronounced around the eyes, cheeks, and mouth. During a fat transfer procedure, Dr. Bader harvests a small amount of fat from the belly or thighs and transfers it to the areas within your face to help restore the round, full look of a youthful face.

Botox:

Botox is the brand name of a protein that can block nerve impulses to muscles. This very safe and effective drug can be used to reduce fine lines and wrinkles by injecting small amounts into selected muscles of the face. It is best used to eliminate forehead wrinkles, frown lines, and crow's feet. Most patients experience no pain with the injections and experience results that last approximately 3 months.

Dermal Fillers:

Dermal fillers are substances that are injected into the deeper layers of the skin to help soften lines and wrinkles that appear with age. These are most often used to improve the junction between the upper lips and cheeks (nasolabial fold) and to increase the volume of the lips. They can also be used in other areas of the face to add volume and fullness. Dr. Bader only uses purified substances that are present naturally in the body and are not obtained from animal sources. He offers Juvederm (hyaluronic acid), Restylane (hyaluronic acid), and Radiesse (calcium hydroxyapatite). This procedure is performed in the office and does not involve any downtime.
